If you ask “how often should I do yoga?”  Right now.  Yoga is being awake to this moment rather than succumbing to strategies which divert.

Hatha yoga – our approach, should be easy and not competitive,  intuitive  to what is happening in the body right now – being alive. This is our meditation.

Yoga is not what we think it is.
